Answer: While Clinic Doctor combines the EHr and Billing software and service systems to work interchangeably together, you may choose to avoid certain sections with Clinic Doctor. If you decide later that you would like to go forward with the entire system, all of the information will easily connect.

Question: Do I need a computer to use Clinic Doctor?

Answer: Yes and no! While you are seeing patients, as long as you have wifi, you can take any type of tablet, ipad, or even phone, with you to enter treatment records. With our cloud based system, that date automatically transfers to our billing service. Our billing service must be done on a computer that has internet connection. The important takeaway from this question is that Clinic Doctor will be the most useful to an office that has fast, reliable internet connection.

Question: How do I make corrections to a claim that has already been submitted to Clinic Doctor?

Answer: If a claim remains under your homepage hyperlink for “View Claims in Process” or “View Submitted Claims” just check the claim and send back to your pending folder. If the claim has already been submitted and it doesn’t appear to be in either one of these two places, you may e-mail support to request that the claim be sent back to your pending folder.
