Chief Executive Officer
Since 2007, Lindsay has successfully managed every area of ClinicDr: Director of Customer Service, Director of Operations, Sales, Software Design and Revenue Cycle Management.
She has reviewed and managed millions of claims on behalf of ClinicDr customers. Lindsay has four beautiful children, which also makes her a hockey mom extraordinaire.
Founder & Chief Technology Officer
He started his software designing career in 1991 with the successful launch of Chameleon, an innovative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system.
He founded ClinicDr in 2004, to innovate the providing of insurance billing services to healthcare providers in chiropractic clinics that lacked the resources to pay for qualified billing professionals.
Todd’s passion is creative software design that never wastes the time of providers and clinic staff, while also engaging the patient to be active in their care. Thereby, achieving the clinic owner’s dreams and providing the best outcomes for the patient’s health.
Founder & Sr. Vice President of Global Responsibility
She skated competitively as a figure skater, coached figure skaters and now enjoys judging figure skating in the Midwest.
She loves identifying projects and people in need of financial assistance globally.
Each month ClinicDr allocates a percent of gross revenue that goes to worthy projects. Terryl manages those funds.
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Data Analytics
He earned his masters degree at Yale University, a Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota, and a Masters in Business Administration at the Carlson School of Management.
Eric also taught in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Carleton College. Eric’s expertise has led to 18 U.S. Patents, with numerous patents pending.
Eric’s engineering experience, extensive education and entrepreneurial spirit give him know how to develop and execute processes to attain new businesses and markets by broadening corporate perspectives.
Special Projects Coordinator
He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Harvard in 1961. Before starting a business career, he served four years in the United States Navy as a Naval Aviation Officer. Dave is a 30 year veteran of Honeywell, Inc, where he started in 1965 as a Sales Representative for Boston, New York, Minneapolis and Toronto.
From 1986 to 1991, he was Vice President and Group Executive for the Commercial Building Group at Honeywell headquarters in Minneapolis. During that assignment, he also completed the Global Leadership Program at the University of Michigan in 1990.
From 1992 to 1995, he served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Honeywell Limited in Toronto, Canada.
Following retirement from Honeywell in 1996, Dave started a consulting business in Minneapolis, working with small and medium-sized companies on a broad range of activities from special projects to interim positions and active Board participation. This included a brief full-time assignment as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Jostens, Inc. (1998 to 1999).
David Larkin is currently a general business consultant and an active private investor. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and served on the Board of Ault Inc. in Minneapolis as well as on several private Boards. Recent projects include a successful creation of an annual fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Dave and his wife Robin reside in Edina, MN.
Founder & Lead Artificial Intelligence
Robert has 25 years of technology experience, primarily providing leadership consulting to Fortune 100 clients such as 3M, Medtronic, and Boston Scientific, as well as state level agencies involved in commerce and justice. At KPMG (Bearing Point), his primary focus was to deliver client services in Strategic Services for Technology clients, as well as Enterprise Software Strategy/Selection services.
His most recent R&D foci have been integrating biometric authentication capabilities into Web 2.0 infrastructures, and merging social-networking concepts with profession-oriented applications.
She has spearheaded research, writing, and consulting in the field of virtual organizations and teams. Her expertise is capitalized by Fortune 100 and 500 organizations, law firms, manufacturing and healthcare organizations.
Her clients have included 3M, Honeywell, ATMI Sciences, Mayo Foundation, HealthEast, ClinicDr and Allina. Peg has taught graduate courses in Human Resource Development at the University of Minnesota including Quality Improvement Theories and Practice, Team building, Organizational Leadership, Executive Coaching and Strategic Planning. She has also taught at St. Thomas University and St. Mary’s University, University of Wisconsin- River Falls, and Mankato State University.
Peg has completed doctoral courses in Human Resource Development at the University of Minnesota, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Education at Hamline University.
She supports professional development through membership in the National Coaches Federation, MN Performance Excellence Network, and as a keynote speaker on the topics of Strategy and Imagination, and Coaching for Performance.
She has addressed the National Association of Female Executives, the Minnesota Quality Conference, and the Minnesota Government Quality Conference among numerous other conferences.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Pohl has professional experience as a sales representative in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area working one on one with clients to increase revenue by improving inventory management and managing cash flow.
Prior to joining TST Media, Mr. Pohl previously served as Chief Operations Officer of Clinic Doctor Inc. He helped to increase the efficiency of businesses from both an administrative and operational perspective.
Mr. Pohl is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, where he earned a degree in Business Marketing Education. He also holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in Business Administration from St Mary’s University.
